Before payment

If payment has not been completed, you may leave checkout without charge. Your reading is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.

Reserved reading windows

If your reading was booked more than 2 hours before its reserved reading window, you may cancel at least 2 hours before that window for a full refund.

If your reading was booked within 2 hours of its reserved window, you may cancel within 15 minutes of booking for a full refund, provided the finished reading has not already been delivered or made accessible. After these windows, customer cancellations are non-refundable.

Private audio readings

Once the finished private audio reading has been delivered or made accessible through its private ANANTA link, it is non-refundable for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

Service problems

If ANANTA cannot provide the purchased service, or the delivered service is materially incomplete, inaccessible, incorrect, or different from what was purchased, an appropriate replacement, reschedule, or refund will be provided. Duplicate or incorrect charges will also be refunded.

The nature of a reading

Tarot is interpretive and reflective. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed, and a reading should not be treated as medical, legal, or financial advice.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 business days. After initiation, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
