Plain terms for a small practice. If anything here is unclear,
ask before requesting a reading.
ANANTA offers private tarot audio readings of 5–30 minutes, with fees of ₹299–₹1,099 set by the reading depth you choose. Each question receives its own audio response through a secure ANANTA link. A reading is guidance and reflection on the questions you bring.
Submitting a reading request does not create a confirmed purchase. A reading window reserves preparation capacity, not a call you must attend. The window is held during secure checkout; the reading is confirmed after Razorpay verifies payment. ANANTA may be unable to provide a reading if the request falls outside what tarot can responsibly offer. If payment has already been captured and ANANTA cannot provide the service, the service-problem replacement or refund policy applies.
Payment is collected through the payment method presented during secure checkout. The amount shown for the selected reading is the amount due unless otherwise stated. If you choose not to proceed before payment, nothing is owed.
The purchased service is a private digital audio reading delivered through a secure private link. The applicable plan shows its duration, question count, and fee.
Customer cancellation and refund eligibility follow the Changes & Cancellations policy, including its standard cutoff, last-minute grace period, and private audio delivery terms. Let the practice know through an available contact method as early as you can.
Reading requests are handled in good faith. ANANTA may stop preparing a reading, without refund where the policy permits, if the request becomes abusive.
