This page explains what ANANTA keeps, why it is used, and which service providers may process it.
Clarity builds trust
The short version
A reading on this site needs no account. We keep an anonymous identifier so the practice can understand how the site is used, and we keep what you voluntarily submit with a reading request. ANANTA does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Anonymous visitor information
On your first visit you are assigned a random identifier (a UUID) stored in a first-party cookie. It contains no personal information. Each sitting is grouped into a session using a separate short-lived cookie. We record which pages of the reading flow were reached — for example, that a reading was started, a card drawn, or a reading request sent — along with how you arrived at the site (a referring link or campaign tag, when present).
This helps a small practice understand its visitors. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
ANANTA’s own analytics and session cookies are first-party: an anonymous visitor identifier, a session identifier used to group activity within one sitting, and — when the operator signs into the dashboard — cookies that keep that sign-in. ANANTA does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Razorpay operates secure checkout and may process browser or device information as needed for payment.
What you submit with a reading request
When you request a reading you provide your name, a mobile/WhatsApp number, and a preferred reading window. These are stored so ANANTA can prepare your reading and contact you about the service and its private delivery link. Your submitted questions and the card you drew are stored with the request — each question receives its own audio response.
If you write your own question, its words are kept with your reading request and are never recorded in analytics. Analytics know only that a custom question was used.
Service providers
The site runs on Vercel (hosting and performance measurement) and Supabase (database and operator sign-in). When you pay for a reading, Razorpay processes the information needed to complete payment. These service providers process data only as needed to operate the service. Error monitoring, when enabled, sends technical error reports — stack traces and route information — to help keep the site working; those reports are configured not to include names, WhatsApp numbers, reading questions, or message contents.
Purpose
Information is processed to operate the service — holding requested reading windows, contacting you about your reading, and providing secure audio links — and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Automated WhatsApp reading updates are sent only when you choose that option and the channel is available. Future reading openings require a separate optional choice. If you decline either option, your reading request remains valid; the practice can still use the number for direct service contact. ANANTA does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Hosting, database, payment, and error-monitoring providers may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Retention
Reading requests are kept while the practice operates, as they are the record of your booking. Anonymous analytics are kept for as long as they remain useful to the practice and may be deleted in aggregate at any time. You may ask for your reading information to be removed by writing to the practice.
What this page does not claim
ANANTA has not sought external privacy certifications. This is a plain description of the practice’s own data use, its service providers, and what deliberately does not happen.
