The Moon
Uncertainty · Intuition · Hidden Details
The Moon is the card of uncertainty. In its light, shapes are hard to read: fears grow larger, and intuition speaks louder than facts. It asks you to move carefully, and to separate what you feel from what you know.
What is on the card
A full moon with a face shines between two towers, letting fall drops of light. A dog and a wolf howl up at it, a crayfish crawls out of a pool, and a narrow path winds between them toward distant hills.
The moonlight reveals and distorts at once. The dog and the wolf are the tame and the wild sides of our nature. The crayfish rising from the water is something emerging from the depths of feeling. The path is the way forward: it exists, but it must be walked slowly in half-light.
The Moon, upright
Upright, The Moon describes a time when things are not fully clear. Information may be missing, and anxiety can fill the gaps with worst cases.
It asks you to trust your intuition while checking your fears against reality. Not every shadow is a threat.
The Moon, reversed
Reversed, The Moon often shows confusion beginning to lift: a fear faced, a misunderstanding cleared, or the truth slowly coming into view.
It can also point to anxiety that has been held inside. The reversed card encourages bringing it into the open, where it can be seen for what it is.
The Moon in love
In love, The Moon can describe mixed signals, uncertainty or worries that may or may not be based in fact. It favours honest conversation over assumptions.
What it means for you: What is unclear in your situation, and whether it is fear or intuition speaking, depends on your question.

At work, The Moon suggests not all the information is available yet. It favours checking details carefully and waiting for clarity before major moves.
What it means for you: Which situation it asks you to look into more closely depends on where you stand.

With money, The Moon advises caution: read the fine print, question offers that seem too good, and avoid decisions driven by worry.
What it means for you: How this applies to you is personal. For money decisions, a reading offers reflection, never financial advice.

Usually “unclear for now”.
As a yes or no card, The Moon usually says the answer cannot be seen clearly yet. It suggests waiting for more information before deciding.
A meaning is general. Your reading is not.
